E&S Services/Your Waterproofer, a Kurtz Bros. Company, is looking for Skilled Working Foremen that can actively supervise and work on small construction projects. Site locations are typically new or old homes, housing developments, municipal parks, and commercial excavations sites.

Quality Candidates have the following characteristics:

• Proficient in operating a mini excavator/skid steer for grading & excavation
• Valid Drivers License preferred
• Ability to drive with a trailer / CDL is a plus
• Proficiency using a laser level for reading elevations on topographic plans a plus
• Proficient in reading site, plans, and blueprints
• Masonry / bricklaying experience a plus
• Waterproofing experience
• Punctual on a daily basis (7am start time)
• Willing to learn and trainable
• Willing to work in all weather conditions as needed
• Ability to follow directions
